These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Voxera’s AI voice communication services, website, and related business infrastructure. By accessing or using our services, you agree to the following terms.


1. Services

Voxera Voice provides AI-powered voice calling systems designed to assist businesses with inbound communication handling, inquiry capture, routing, escalation workflows, and operational communication support.

Services may include:

  • AI inbound voice agents

  • Call routing systems

  • Inquiry summaries

  • CRM integrations

  • Multilingual communication handling

  • Operational analytics

  • Custom deployment workflows


2. Business Use Only

Voxera services are intended for legitimate business and operational use only.

Clients may not use Voxera for:

  • illegal activities

  • fraudulent communication

  • spam or robocalling

  • impersonation

  • harassment

  • misleading or deceptive practices

Voxera reserves the right to suspend or terminate services violating these conditions.


3. AI Communication Disclaimer

Voxera utilizes artificial intelligence systems to assist with communication handling and inquiry management.

While Voxera aims to maintain high reliability and operational consistency:

  • AI-generated responses may occasionally contain inaccuracies

  • uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed at all times

  • businesses remain responsible for final operational decisions and customer outcomes


    4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • providing accurate business information

  • maintaining lawful communication practices

  • reviewing deployment requirements

  • ensuring compliance with local communication regulations

Clients remain fully responsible for how Voxera systems are configured and deployed within their organization.


5. Payments & Billing

All pricing, setup fees, and recurring service charges are agreed upon prior to deployment.

Unless otherwise specified:

  • payments are non-refundable

  • delayed payments may result in paused services

  • pricing may evolve as infrastructure requirements scale


6. Service Availability

Voxera works to maintain reliable infrastructure and operational continuity. However:

  • temporary downtime

  • maintenance interruptions

  • third-party infrastructure issues
    may occasionally affect service availability.


7. Intellectual Property

All Voxera systems, workflows, branding, infrastructure, software logic, and deployment frameworks remain the intellectual property of Voxera unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients retain ownership of their own business data and communication content.



8. Data & Privacy

Voxera may process communication-related information necessary for service delivery, optimization, analytics, and operational support.

We do not sell client data to third parties.

Additional privacy practices may be outlined in a separate Privacy Policy.


9. Limitation of Liability

Voxera shall not be liable for:

  • indirect business losses

  • missed opportunities

  • operational interruptions

  • third-party service failures

  • customer disputes arising from client-side misuse

Use of Voxera services is at the client’s own operational discretion.


10. Modifications

Voxera may update these Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect operational, legal, or infrastructure changes.

Continued use of the services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
